Girls Created To Shine Resources By Week

Week 1 – Intro to Class Truths – Why are we Here?

Sweet Little Sister in Christ, It is an incredible blessing to be able to share God’s immeasurable love for you through this class! My prayer for you is that you will continue to grow to know HIM and who HE created you to be. That it would sink deep into your heart more and more each day.

I wanted to share this song with you because it pretty much sums up my heart and prayer for you. Remember, you are wholly loved by God. He created you unique. You were created to Shine just as you are, just as He intentionally made you. Every detail of your life matters to God!

Shine Bright,

Mrs Felix

Additional Verses

1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”

Psalm 139:14  praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Psalm 119:37 Turn away my eyes from looking at vanity, And revive me in Your ways.

Proverbs 31:30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.

Luke 11:33-36 No one after lighting a lamp puts it in a cellar or under a basket, but on a stand, so that those who enter may see the light. Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light, but when it is bad, your body is full of darkness. Therefore be careful lest the light in you be darkness. If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly bright, as when a lamp with its rays gives you light
