The Perfect One

The Perfect One

I’m too imperfect. Too imperfect to be a good Wife, Mom or friend. Too imperfect to homeschool my children. Too imperfect to be a “good Christian”.

So what do I do with all of these imperfections? Should I let it breed, sadness, discontentment, frustration, anger and disappointment?

OR                                                                        Bible Verse Art Print John

Should I once again engage in a beautiful surrender?

Because God sent His one and only son. Because He was fully God and fully human yet without sin. Because He died, was buried and on the third day, rose again and is seated at the right hand of God.

Because He died for each and every one of us so that we can be forgiven and spend eternity with Him.

Because He calls us, as we are, where we are, to Himself.

We are forgiven, loved, chosen, valued, cherished and

God is pleased with us…

Because he sees Christ in us!

He is the reason. He is what to do with all of the imperfection….

Give it as a beautiful surrender to Him.

This is what we believe. This is what I cling to.

O Lord, You have pleaded the case for my soul;
You have redeemed my life.
