Jesus promised the Holy Spirit would be your Helper. Your Counselor. Your Guide. Your Teacher.

But if you’re like most Christian women, no one ever actually showed you what that looks like in real life.

You know how to read your Bible. You know how to pray. But when it comes to actually recognizing God’s leading in your everyday decisions, you’re still guessing.

Living led by the Holy Spirit isn’t something you’re expected to figure out alone. It’s something we learn as we walk with Jesus together 🤎

What Living Holy Spirit Led Actually Looks Like

It’s not complicated. It’s not distant. It’s not reserved for “spiritual enough” people.

It’s learning to:

• Open God’s Word and let it actually shape how you live
• Recognize God’s peace and prompting in everyday decisions
• Surrender your plans when the Lord leads differently
• Respond with grace instead of reacting out of emotion
• Walk in growing trust, obedience, and awareness of God’s presence

It’s not about striving to be more spiritual. It’s about learning to be attentive to the One who is already with you.

The First Gathering Begins August 17, 2026

We’re opening The Overflow Table with a small founding group of women.

Our hope isn’t to build a large audience.

It’s to cultivate a Christ-centered community where women are known, encouraged, and learn together what it means to live led by the Holy Spirit.

We gather live on Zoom every third Monday of the month.

What Is The Overflow Table?

The Overflow Table is a monthly online gathering for Christian women who want to grow in knowing Jesus and learn what it means to live led by the Holy Spirit.

Each month, we create space to:

• Open God’s Word together. We read Scripture and explore how it applies to everyday life.
• Pray together. We bring real needs, real questions, and real life before the Lord.
• Encourage one another. Honest conversations centered on faith, family, work, and everyday challenges.
• Learn to recognize God’s leading. We talk about what it looks like to follow the Holy Spirit in practical situations.
• Grow in surrender and trust. Not as theory, but as lived, daily faith.

This is not about collecting more information. It’s about learning to walk with Jesus in real life.

Every gathering includes:

• Biblical teaching centered on knowing Jesus more deeply
• Simple, practical Scripture reflection
• Guided prayer and encouragement
• Real conversations with other Christian women
• Space to slow down and refocus your heart on the Lord

Each month is designed to bring you back to what matters most: walking with Jesus and following the Holy Spirit in everyday life.

You’ll get the most out of The Overflow Table when you show up live; that’s when the real connection happens. Each month’s teaching portion will be recorded so you can catch the replay if life gets in the way. The community conversation itself is not recorded, so the women who show up live can be open and honest without wondering who might see it later.

Why We Gather Live

The Overflow Table isn’t another course to complete.

It’s a place to practice walking with Jesus in community.

When women gather together…

Scripture comes alive, questions get answered and prayer becomes personal.

Faith grows through real conversation.

While each month’s teaching portion is recorded for members who can’t attend live, our discussion and prayer time are intentionally not recorded.

Why?

Because authentic community is built on trust.

The women who show up live can ask questions, share honestly, and pray together knowing the conversation stays around the table.

Hi, we’re Jessica Anderson and Tara Lee Felix.

We’re wives, moms, business owners, ministry leaders, and the co-hosts of the Imperfect Christian Moms community.

But more than anything, we are women who love Jesus and are still learning what it looks like to follow Him every day.

We’re not here because we have it all figured out. We’re here because we’ve learned that life with Jesus is better when it’s lived in step with the Holy Spirit, and we want to walk that out alongside you.

At The Overflow Table, we simply help create the space. We open God’s Word. We pray together. We guide conversation.

But we are not the focus. Jesus is. The Holy Spirit is the Teacher. And every woman here is learning together what it means to live led by Him.

When do you meet?

We gather live on Zoom on the third Monday of every month at 2:00 PM Central / 3:00 PM Eastern.

What if I can’t attend live?

The teaching portion is recorded for members. Our community discussion and prayer time are not recorded so women can participate openly.

Is this a Bible study?

Not in the traditional sense.

We’ll absolutely spend time in God’s Word, but The Overflow Table is designed to help women put biblical truth into practice as they learn to follow the Holy Spirit in everyday life.

Do I have to be spiritually mature?

Not at all. You don’t need to know all the answers. You simply need a desire to know Jesus more and a willingness to keep growing.
